The Economic Development Team provides a wide range of services to industry and commerce, including a tailored relocation support service:

Assistance with employee relocations - For companies relocating many employees, we offer companys visits, tours and a dedicated website
Labour market and economic intelligence - The Economic Development Team works jointly with the South-West of England Regional Development Agency and other departments of Swindon Borough Council on the research and publication of key economic information.
Land and property search - the Economic Development Team offers a free commercial property search service and provides an interface between the business community and the planning department.
